Chick-fil-A Soper Hill is seeking a Director to lead restaurant operations, focusing on guest experience, food safety, and leadership development. You will drive operational excellence across all day parts, coach Supervisors and Team Leaders, and ensure financial integrity through labor and cost controls.

The role reports to the Operations Lead and requires a full-time schedule across all day parts in Marysville, WA. Competitive hourly compensation with performance bonus opportunities is offered.

• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, cash handling and safety compliance with financial integrity
• Manage vendors, equipment and assets and report maintenance needs
• Track and drive key business metrics like guest satisfaction and labor productivity
• Build and manage the team schedule with the Operations Lead

About the Role

The Director is a senior leader at Chick-fil-A Soper Hill, reporting to the Operations Lead, who leads either our Front of House or Back of House team (or both) as a Supervisor and Team Leader coach. You will own operational excellence, guest experience and food safety for your area, and develop the leaders around you. We are looking for a servant leader who develops people, protects our standards, and delivers Second Mile Service with a joyful spirit.

Position Type:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, across all day parts. Our restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Compensation:

$27.00–$32.00 per hour, plus a performance bonus of up to $1,000 per month, based on food safety, guest experience, labor productivity and food cost results. This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position.

Director Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
