Chick-fil-A Soper Hill is seeking a Director to lead restaurant operations, focusing on guest experience, food safety, and leadership development. You will drive operational excellence across all day parts, coach Supervisors and Team Leaders, and ensure financial integrity through labor and cost controls.

The role reports to the Operations Lead and requires a full-time schedule across all day parts in Marysville, WA. Competitive hourly compensation with performance bonus opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Servant leadership mindset aligned with core values
• Experience leading restaurant teams (shift leader/supervisor/manager) preferred
• Ability to coach and hold Supervisors and Team Leaders accountable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgment with budgeting, labor, and cost control
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule across all day parts
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–40 lbs regularly
• Proficiency using technology to analyze business results and run operations

Responsibilities

• Champion long-term operational excellence across all day parts
• Uphold brand systems and standards including food safety, quality and audits
• Own the guest experience: hospitality, speed, accuracy and My Pleasure service
• Develop and coach Supervisors and Team Leaders and build leadership pipeline
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, cash handling and safety compliance with financial integrity
• Manage vendors, equipment and assets and report maintenance needs
• Track and drive key business metrics like guest satisfaction and labor productivity
• Build and manage the team schedule with the Operations Lead
• Model Chick-fil-A's Mission, Core Values and Second Mile Service daily
• Other duties as assigned
