Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and ensure smooth execution.
• Open and close the restaurant following established procedures.
• Count and verify cash drawers and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Coach and support Team Leaders and Team Members throughout the shift.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure team members follow operational procedures and brand standards.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and overall guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding shift performance and team needs.
• Lead by example in hospitality, work ethic, and teamwork.
• Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
• Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures.
