Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Matthews, NC to oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed while guiding a team of hourly Team Members. The role emphasizes welcoming all guests and maintaining exceptional service standards.

The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; travel is minimal and work authorization in the US is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service by fostering a culture where everyone is welcomed and valued.
