Responsibilities

• Lead the entire shift across BOH and FOH to ensure smooth operations.
• Address issues promptly and maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce policies and standards, and communicate expectations to the team.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to develop Assistant Supervisors and Team Members.
• Mentor Assistant Supervisors and Trainers to build leadership skills.
