Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Supervisor to support senior leadership in executing daily restaurant operations and coaching team members. The role focuses on ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced environment and upholding our standards of hospitality and teamwork.

The Supervisor will lead shifts, respond promptly to guest needs, and model exceptional service. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities with growth potential within Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

• Open and/or close, count drawers and finalize day.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.

Our Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Supervisor's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
