Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ventura is seeking a Supervisor who demonstrates our core values and servant leadership. The role supports senior leadership in daily operations and coaches team members to uphold Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

A Supervisor focuses on task completion to run the restaurant effectively and on coaching for team development. The position is full-time or part-time in a fast-paced Chick-fil-A environment, with opportunities for growth, scholarship options, and

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Maintain excellent written and spoken communication.

Our Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Supervisor's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
