Chick-fil-A is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support senior leadership in executing daily operations with urgency and a servant’s heart. You will coach team members, lead shifts, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and a commitment to Chick-fil-A's values. Night-time, full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within an independent operator restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and available at night.
• Strong customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and lead shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day high-volume restaurant operations.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Train new hires and set the shift tone as a role model.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and close, lead shifts, act as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Maintain excellent written and spoken communication.
