Qualifications

• Strong commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues.
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume Restaurant.
• Assist in training of new hires and act as a role model for the team.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and lead shifts.
