Workstream is seeking a Supervisor for its restaurant in Oxnard, California. The ideal candidate embodies our core values, demonstrates strong character, and has a passion for serving others. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting senior leadership, training new hires, and ensuring operational excellence on each shift.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues.
• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume Restaurant.
• Assist in training of new hires and act as a role model for the team.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and lead shifts.

Our Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Supervisor's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
