Save A Lot in Alabama seeks a Shift Lead to oversee daily store activities during shifts when management is not present. You will help open/close, supervise team members, handle cash, assist customers, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, and strong communication. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising store staff is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Direct and monitor daily activities of team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
• Resolve exchanges and refunds; document complaints.
• Perform cashier and stocking duties as needed.
• Support store management with operations, safety, and audits.
• Escalate issues to Store Manager when needed.
• Protect property and funds; assist with loss prevention.
