The role involves opening/closing the store, supervising team members across departments, handling cash, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with vendors. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations.
• Dependable, flexible with good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Direct day-to-day activities of store team.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Document complaints and follow up to fix root cause.
• Handle cash and till verification and gift card sales.
• Complete store reports and report results to Store Manager.
• Perform cashier and stocking duties as needed.
• Escalate employee issues to Store or District Manager.
• Coordinate with vendors and receive loads/deliveries.
• Stock inventory across departments and check dates.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper sanitation.
• Protect store property and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist media and regulatory visitors or refer to Store Manager.
