Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will supervise crew, handle daily tasks like stocking, merchandising, and handling customer questions and complaints, while upholding CVS policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and support opening/closing procedures.
• Work effectively with store management and crews to drive store performance.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while maintaining CVS service standards.
• Maintain price accuracy, stock shelves, and execute displays and weekly promotions.
• Protect customer confidentiality and uphold company policies in all interactions.
