Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and store execution. You will lead the staff when management is unavailable and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, pricing, stocking, and maintaining merchandising displays according to promotions. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly promotions.
