Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role focuses on supervising crew, resolving customer issues, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining the CVS customer service culture while protecting confidentiality and upholding safety and quality standards.

• Flexibility to work mornings, overnights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues per policy to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee price tagging, stock Shelves, and maintain displays per weekly plans.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
