Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shift operations and ensures service and quality standards as outlined by Donatos Standards of Operations.
• Opens and closes the store and completes required paperwork to coordinate the shift.
• Interacts with customers attentively and resolves complaints following Donatos service procedures.
• Leads the team to deliver all elements of Donatos service behaviors and policies.
• Trains Associates on standards, labor procedures, cash control, and safety practices.
• Monitors product quality, food cost components, and waste management during shifts.
• Ensures accuracy of orders and adherence to promised times.
• Maintains a positive team environment and models Donatos performance standards.
