Job summary

Viking Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead for a Donatos Pizza location. The ideal candidate will coach associates, ensure Donatos service behaviors are met, and manage opening/closing procedures and shift paperwork.

Strong customer service orientation and leadership are required to motivate the team to deliver quality, accurate orders within promised times. Responsibilities include coaching on standards, controlling costs, following safety and sanitation rules, and maintaining positive team

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position safely while meeting productivity standards.
• Basic math and reading skills necessary.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift operations and coach associates to meet Donatos standards.
• Open or close the store and complete shift paperwork.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered within promised times.
• Lead the team to deliver Donatos Service Behaviors.
• Train associates on labor policies, safety, and sanitation.
• Monitor waste, prep, portioning, and food cost components.
• Ensure compliance with health department guidelines.
• Maintain a positive team environment and enthusiastic service.
• Use shift aids to maintain product quality.
• Manage cash handling procedures during the shift.
