Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handling start-ups, cash, and readiness of floor and stock room.
• Processes product returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to resolve issues and questions.
• Models customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits to the team.
• Handles store operations including pricing, signage, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports backroom processes and vendor deliveries.
