Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and prep floor and stock room.
• Open back door for deliveries.
• Complete product returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.
• Serve as a liaison between management and team members and report issues to management.
