• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash and system startups.
• Interacts with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience; supports service excellence.
• Assists with inventory, pricing, backroom organization, and store maintenance tasks as needed.
• Communicates tasks between management and team when leadership is not present.
