Qualificações

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handles cash, and ensures floor and stock room are ready for business hours.
• Gathers and resolves customer questions, provides assistance with products and services, and delivers a positive customer experience.
• Models and communicates best practices in customer service and store operations to team members.
