Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Supports store operations with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Maintains accurate cash register records, pricing, and shelf displays.
• Keeps inventory counts accurate and monitors stockroom organization.
• Assists with merchandising, price changes, and basic housekeeping tasks.
