Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring for store operations associates to open/close the store when management is absent, handle cash, and ensure floor readiness for the day.

You will assist customers, process returns and refunds, and support inventory, pricing, and displays to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience. You will also manage vendor deliveries at the back door, operate pharmacy window as needed, and ensure regulatory compliance for alcoholic and tobacco products where required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management with cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Hold keys for opening/closing and manage vendor deliveries through back door.
• Record sales and handle price verifications, voids, and scanning errors.
• Assist with inventory counts, displays, pricing, and floor organization.
• Support pharmacy window operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
