Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and setting up systems.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and displays, including promotional and seasonal setups.
