• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures pricing and signage are correct.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and stockroom organization.
• Supports everyday store operations, cashier duties, and basic bookkeeping activities.
