Job summary

Walgreens in Deming, NM is seeking team members to open and close the store in the absence of leadership, handle cash, process returns, and ensure floors and stock rooms are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers with friendly service, maintain accurate pricing and inventory, assist with vendor deliveries, and support store operations from merchandising to backroom processes. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred; bilingual not required.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles required cash operations.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience by greeting customers and assisting with products and services.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing, and displays; supports vendor deliveries and backroom processes.
