Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start-ups, cash handling, and ensure floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a delightful experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management, and assist with vendor deliveries through backdoor access.
• Maintain registers, document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; review order exceptions and reverse logistics as needed.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, stock placement, pricing signage, and compliance with local regulations.
• Support bookkeeping activities and store upkeep, including cleanliness and appearance; ensure proper separation of food items and rotation of stock.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested and ensure adherence to policies.
