Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling systems start-ups and cash.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open and close; assist with vendor deliveries and backroom logistics.
• Register all sales accurately; record scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist in evaluating and developing displays, including promotional merchandising and resets.
• Maintain inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments and stockroom.
• Ensure pricing signage is accurate and update local regulatory pricing tasks.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and basic store upkeep.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
