Walgreens Co. in Wichita, KS is seeking a Stores Associate to support opening and closing the store when management is unavailable, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers with friendly service, process returns and refunds, assist with inventory, vendor deliveries, displays, and pricing, and help maintain a compliant, well organized store.

Competenze

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and price changes; ensures proper signage and pricing.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and merchandise displays.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash reports and ledgers.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and provide a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures; supports team in daily operations.
