Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Associate to support opening/closing procedures and cash handling in the absence of store management. You will engage customers, handle returns and refunds, and assist with daily pricing and inventory control.

You will work to deliver a distinctive customer experience and support team members across multiple store operations, including merchandising and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Completes store tasks such as returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers and patients.
