Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change; ensure accuracy at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom processes; manage backdoor for deliveries as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing; organize displays and stockrooms; support merchandising goals.
