Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management as necessary.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom processes as orders are created and received.
• Register sales accurately and document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Review order exceptions and assist in reverse logistics.
• Assist displays, pricing, signage, and promotional setups; support resets.
• Maintain inventory counts and stockroom accuracy.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and request repairs as needed.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for controlled items.
• Bag checks and adherence to policies.
• Complete special assignments as requested.
