Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a front-line supervisor to open and close the store when management is not present, handling cash and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits to deliver a distinctive, delightful experience. You will also assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom operations, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and ensure readiness for business.
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and assist with displays and backroom organization.
