Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate capable of opening and closing duties when management is not present, handling cash, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will assist with returns, refunds, and cash drops while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

You will engage with customers, resolve issues, and help maintain accurate inventory and pricing across departments, ensuring compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Pharmacy license or PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues, and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store inventory counts and supports price changes and signage.
