Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to ensure smooth store operation in the absence of management. You will manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service to provide a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, answer questions, and support team members with inventory and price changes while maintaining store standards and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash operations.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling with accurate records.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience while assisting shoppers.
