Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to help open/close the store when management is not present, handle cash and pricing tasks, and ensure a welcoming customer experience. You will assist with inventory, vendor deliveries, and displays while maintaining store standards.

You should have at least one year in a leadership or key holder role, be fluent in English, and be comfortable with POS systems and basic cashier duties. This role emphasizes service and reliability.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures start-ups and cash handling are ready for the day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services to resolve issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing, displays, and housekeeping as required.
