Job summary

Walgreens in Lakewood, OH is seeking a team member to support store operations and customer service. You will open/close the store in the absence of management, process cash handling and refunds, and maintain floor readiness.

You will help with inventory, pricing, and backroom tasks, and assist at the pharmacy window as needed. Must have at least one year of leadership or key holder experience, fluent English, and, if applicable, PTCB certification or pharmacy license.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and pricing signage across departments.
• Assists with backroom operations, vendor deliveries, and stock rotation.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and general housekeeping.
• Assists at Pharmacy out window as requested.
