Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience and resolves customer issues.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Manages store pricing, signage, inventory accuracy, and basic backroom operations.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and separation of food items as required.
• Maintains store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
