Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team-oriented retail staff to support opening/closing, cash handling, refunds, and customer service. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and uphold store standards in the manager's absence.

Prior leadership experience and English fluency are required; pharmacy license or PTCB certification may be preferred depending on role. The role involves working with store systems, assisting with stock, pricing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed to ensure a smooth daily

Qualifications

One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested.
Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience and reports concerns as needed.
Maintains store keys and supports back-office tasks in manager's absence.
