Job summary

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and start-up tasks.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as needed to registers.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and stockroom organization.
• Support displays, resets, and back-door/vendor deliveries as required.
