You’ll lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a smooth, safe shopping environment.

The role emphasizes supervising daily operations, assisting customers, managing merchandise, and ensuring confidentiality of customer data.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and coordinate activities with management.
