Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, pricing signage, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
