Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, automotive systems and repair knowledge, ASE Certification, and Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure with proper ledger usage.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, manage deposits, and verify security measures.
