Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts is desired.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute on service programs.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and inter-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
