Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Portland, ME is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistant managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management when managers are absent.

You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, supervise showroom service programs, and ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desired.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service programs and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Manage opening/closing duties and cash handling per policy.
