Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Supervisors in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations.

This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. You will supervise customer service programs and ensure timely processing of transfers, returns, and special orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders, contacting customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using electronic ledger.
• Ensure product returns are processed or staged correctly and refunds issued using proper methods.
