Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure policy-compliant phone coverage.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Manage returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds with correct methods, and stage merchandise appropriately.
• Perform opening/closing duties, handle day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, and assist with security protocols.
