O’Reilly Auto Parts in Monroe, GA seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of management.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE and RSS certifications are valued. The position emphasizes teamwork, efficient processing of orders and returns, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, ensuring adherence to programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly; contact customers upon shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedules and clock-ins; perform daily opening/closing duties and security procedures.
