Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leaders in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The position will also assume shift management in the absence of managers.

Candidates with strong communication, RSS Certification, and auto parts knowledge are encouraged. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and cash procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders efficiently.
• Ensure returns, invoicing, and merchandise processing are accurate.
