Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and security measures.
• Coordinate transfers, special orders, and returns to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and support merchandising tasks.
