Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, preferably Spanish.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Process online orders, customer returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.

Skills
